Synopsis

Synopsis
A story about the behind-the-scenes life of an idol group called
�A.N.JELL�, their difficulties, love and career.

Tae Kyung and On Yu and Shin Woo are in search of a new member for
their idol group. However at the last minute, the member suffers an
injury and his twin sister, Mi Nyu, steps in to disguise as him.

Park Shin Hye will play Go Mi Nam (male) & Go Mi Nyu (female), a pair of
twins who ends up switching places when Mi Nam gets into an accident
after being selected as 1 of the four members of �A.N.JELL�.

Character Description

Hwang Tae Kyung

Member of the most famous Korean pop group A.N.JELL. He has genius skill
in music composition and performing piano. Accordingly, his popularity is
on top position in Korea.

His father, Hwang Kyung Sae, is world class music conductor. So, he is a
member of noble royal family in music. There are a lot of curiosity about
his real mother, but Hwang family consistently say no comments about that.

Hwang Tae Kyung looks perfect in appearance, but, he is full of defect to
live in real life. He has stomach inflammation, excessive concerns of
cleanliness, night blindness, sleeplessness, sleepwalking , and various
disease.

Moreover, He has many allergies, that means, if somebody want, he could
be put Tae Kyung in big trouble by using only one food.

Tae Kyung has great stubbornness. He think himself a great person. he is
a man of tired type to stay with. Even he looks perfect man in
appearance, but if we know his inside, he has poor wounded spirit. But,
it makes us too nervous that we feel pity for his poor soul.

Go Mi Nam / Go Mi Nyu

Go Mi Nam(male) and Go Mi Nyu (female) are twin, brother and sister, they
grew up together in orphanage attached to a nunnery.

Though, the older brother was chosen as member of idol group, as he
couldn�t do daily activities, the younger sister took his role, as a
memeber of idol group, using her brother�s name, Go Mi Nam.

Bu, Go Mi Nam, who has to live as a idol, is lack of sociality,
flexibility, friendship. He is soft and pure as he lived long time
staying far from real world. To say another word, in realistic, timid and
a little stupid! Even, he cannot catch the sign that some other people
ignore him.

His special ability is unawareness in front, mumbling himself afterwards.
Look back the situation while feel sorry. Worry some bad things even
before something happen. A little bit character of bothering somebody
else.

Kang Shin Woo

He has soft and handsome face like his name. but, it is only image, his
reality is that he feel nothing about anything. He looks like smile to
anybody, but , really, he never smile to anybody. A prince who has no
heart. If we say Tae Kyung is sensitive elementary boy, Shin Woo is old
man who already spent his life.

If we say Tae Kyung has sensitiveness as an artist, then Shin Woo has
keenness as a businessman. He is a man of ambition who dreams entertain
business rather than become an artist.

He is a healthy and bright, well grown young man. He is a Korean
resident in England and his father is English noble man. His father is
world class photographer and his mother is a famous model. As he is
optimistic and he is in the middle of member to equalize and balance
other group members.

His smile is very pretty and lovely, so, even he say same stupid thing,
his smile covers everything.

He has lived thinking there are only deep friendship between boys and
only love between boy and girl. But his brain became mixed up as the
existence of Mi Nam who is a girl as well as a boy.

Synopsis (credit d-addict )
Jang Sae Byuk is a a girl who tries to find a new meaning in life after
she receives an eye cornea transplant from the doctor that took care of
her after her accident. That doctor, Kim Na Young, died in a car accident
on her way back from Africa. Sae Byuk becomes close with the Na Young�s
family after finding them. The family slowly accepts her as part of the
family.
Kang Ho Se and Kim Tae Poong, Na Young�s twin brother, have disliked each
other since they were young kids. This is mostly Tae Poong hates Ho Se
because Ho Se�s family was rich and because Tae Poong�s father was Ho
Se�s father�s driver and his mother was their maid.
Kang Ho Se engaged with Tae Poong�s cousin Kim Soo Bin, despite of the
truth that Ho Se loves Sae Byuk.
Kim Soo Bin, realized her fiancee love towards Sae Byuk, then she and her
ambitious mother, do everything to defend Kang Ho Se.
In other hand, Kim Tae Poong slowly realized his love towards Sae Byuk.

Synopsis
Yeon Gae Somun is the general who killed the penultimate King of
Goguryeo, Yeongnyu, in 642. It was a period of tremendous instability,
both because of the pressure by Shilla, but also because the political
situation in Goguryeo was very confusing. After General Yeon put
Yeongnyu�s nephew Bojang as his puppet on the throne following his coup
d�etat, he tried with little success to calm down Yeon�s two sons in
trying to gain power, and started repressing Buddhism (the Kingdom�s
official religion) in favour of Taoism.

Synopsis

In the late 18th century, Lee San became the 22nd kind of the Joseon
Dynasty!

It was the most tumultuous times ever seen in the 500-year-old Joseon
monarchy!
He was an open-minded, wise king who championed democratic values.
The stories of his glorious triumphs, ordeals, regrets, and historical
achievements are shown in this TV drama.

A story about Lee San’s life

The politics of Lee San (King Jung-jo)
He was a natural leader who ended vicious partisan politics and revived
the economy with his extensive knowledge of the market. He created a
strong paradigm in the 18th century and ruled with the kingdom wisely!
This biopic drama covers his dramatic life and shows the achievements of
the Silhak scholars and outstanding officials who rebuilt the kingdom’s
power.

The high point of the arts in the late Joseon Dynasty.
Hwaseong Fortress was a remarkable architectural achievement during this
period and western knowledge began to seep into the kingdom. Brilliant
individuals such as Park Ji-won, Lee Ick, Jung Yak-yong, Kim Hong-do,
Shin Yoon-bok, and others are introduced in this TV drama as well.
For the first time, the art workshop of the palace will be shown along
with the Aekjung office and Seja Ikwiesa. There were 10 failed
assassination attempts made during this period alone in the 500-year
history of the Joseon Kingdom and they will be depicted as well.

Economic turning point in the 18th century
As family industries began to be replaced with a trading economy, the
18th century was a turning point for the economy-!
The commercial trade of the times will be depicted realistically and the
trading organization that Song-yeon leads is where the latter Joseon
Dynasty’s economy originated from. The special Joseon Dynasty products
that were made under the guidance of Song-yeon were exported to the
China’s Ching Dynasty.
In addition, the 30-year romance between the leading female character
Song-yeon (Eubin Sung) and King Jung-jo will also be a main theme in the
drama.

The reinforcement of the army and military research In the late 18th
century, western technology began to seep into the kingdom and many
political factions that opposed the king tried to fan the flames by
starting anti-government movements. This led King Jung-jo to take a
strong interest in national security and a military buildup. This is when
the king reformed the army and began to beef up military research. One
accomplishment in this era was the publication of the Muyedobotongji,
Joseon dynasty’s first martial arts textbook to ever exist.

Synopsis
Set in a tumultuous period where the political scene is murky and various

His childhood friend Baek Rok leads a secret military force loyal to the
