TAIPEI – A young women of Vietnam, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Mai looks like a 70 year old even the new 28-year old was undergoing medical treatment in Taiwan, said some doctors today.
Mai began to suffer from Werner syndrome, a cause he looks older since the age of 10 years. He had not been able to undergo treatment because of financial problems.
According to some doctors in China Medical University Hospital, he was difficult to walk and suffered from health problems before coming to Taiwan in last April.
Mai undergo plastic surgery and some other surgery to rejuvenate the appearance, they said. He also treated skin and lungs. The doctors said , he was the first patient of the syndrome in this country.She will take medication and avoid contact with sunlight.
“I was reborn, and there are expectations in life I am, “he said through an interpreter here.
When he was posing with her brother and plastic surgery doctors, Hung-Chi Chen here yesterday, he looked younger after he underwent more treatment.
