ENDURANCE and the smile is not something easy to do especially when it has to deal with human red variety. Patience and a smile is not just a sweet verse or word spirit to calm down sometimes facing various challenges involving other individuals.

However, patience and a smile was an amulet and a catalyst for self-assignment of each nurse in the face every day, so managed patients more comfortable to be able to recover and lead a normal life.

True, patience and a smile that quite negative when associated with the nurses because they are ordinary human beings who have hearts and feelings. But with the responsibility entrusted to the nurse, patient and smile a part of their lives is not only limited time in a hospital ward.

For Betterline Nyorid, every nurse should always be able to comprehend the nature of empathy and understanding the feelings or emotions of others in which it becomes an important aspect within the scope of nursing tasks to provide the best service to patients.

“As nurses, we need to put yourself as a patient. They came to the clinic or hospital for immediate medical treatment to enable them to live normally again.

“I believe as a nurse job satisfaction can only be obtained when you see patients treated recovering and happy with the services provided, “he now acts as a nurse officer for Education and Infection Control Unit at WCC. />
Meanwhile, young age and experiences of a newbie is not a big obstacle to excel in this field.
