Emmanuel David , 25, a student of Intellectual Language Centre, Megan Avenue, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur is accused of drug trafficking at 9:15 pm at the Express Bus Station Old Town Road, Georgetown. He was charged under Section 39B (1) ( A) Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 (Amendment 1983) and may be punishable under Section 39B (2) of the same Act carries a mandatory death by hanging if convicted. />

The charge is read by deputy public prosecutor, Muhammad Akmal Mohd Rozi Syaiful.
Meanwhile, the wife of the accused were found at the premises of the court to explain to recognize her husband three years ago through the Facebook site.
It is understood, the accused will go to Bangkok once a month to find his wife there.
