India cbank: Would intervene in FX to stem volatility
WASHINGTON, Oct 9 (Reuters) – India’s central bank would intervene in the foreign exchange market if its currency became too volatile or threatened to disrupt the economy, governor Duvvuri Subbarao said on Saturday.
