Why do Asian Men Have Issues With Dating Other Women?
I have spent a lot of time really thinking why this problem only affects Asian guys. Why is it so hard for Asian men to date white women or any women of other race?
I think to answer this question, we really have to dig into the whole Asian culture and history of the Asian mindset. Asian culture tends to put a lot of emphasis on sticking together and creating harmony and comformoty and this is more important than western ideals of independence, speaking your mind and having an opinion. From they are you, Asian men are taught to conform, do as told by their elders. And if he dares to go against what is expected – a slap across the mouth from a parent.
There is so much to be proud of in Asian culture, but the average Asian guy often gets to rigid and over obedient because of the conditioning he receives at home. He carries this with him and that’s were the problems begin with social interactions being a mess and dating in particular.
He is seen by white girls as rigid, uncomfortable and not at ease in interactions and quiet – even a ‘rock’ – who sites there but doesn’t say much or contribute. The girls may even think he is weird or creep out. He fades into the background and that’s a sad place to be.
BUT..
It’s not the end of the world, it isn’t the final truth. Being Asian is far from a handicap, it’s just cultural background, a history, something to be proud of. In fact, there are Asian guys who have phenomonal success with women – of all races. They would laugh at the suggestions in that study, because THEY KNOW BETTER.
